aiKit for agencies

Every client, every site, one list.

Build client sites from a conversation, host them, and handle every change request in one place. Your clients point, answer, and approve from a link.

Free account. No credit card.

Sound familiar?

The parts of the week that eat your time.

  • “Feedback comes in by text, email, and a screenshot with a circle on it.”
  • “One small change across eight client sites eats my whole afternoon.”
  • “I need answers from the client before I can start, and the kickoff call keeps moving.”
  • “Proofs get approved in a reply-all, and nobody can find it later.”

What aiKit does about it

Tools that work today.

Projects grouped by client

Every project sits under its client, with search, filters, and a Needs-me view, so you see what is waiting on you first.

One request, many sites

Tick several sites and give one instruction. aiKit works through them one at a time and tells you which are done and which need a follow-up.

Pins instead of screenshots

Clients click the spot on the real page and type the change. You approve it, and the Assistant does the edit.

Questions before the kickoff

aiKit drafts the questions a project needs. Review them, send one link in English or Spanish, and the answers land on the project.

A plan the client can read

Share a read-only Site Plan with every page and feature in plain words, and nothing internal on it.

Proofs under your name

Proof links show the business name and logo from your shop profile. Client questionnaires with your own intro leave the aiKit mark off.

Good to know: Free sites carry a small “Built with aiKit” badge. A fully unbranded option is coming soon.

A walk-through

A five-person agency with 30 local clients.

An invented example, step by step, using only features that work today.

  1. Start the clientAdd the client, then say what the new site must do: “A site for a family dental office, with booking and a contact form.”
  2. Get the answers firstSend the client the drafted questions as one link. Their answers about hours, services, and insurance land on the project.
  3. Build and shareaiKit builds the site from the plan and puts it live on a preview address. Send the Site Plan link for a read-through.
  4. Collect changesThe office manager pins three spots on the real page. You approve two and the Assistant makes them. Each one is a version you can undo.
  5. Go liveConnect the client’s own domain. Booking requests arrive on the project’s Requests tab.
